By using a LYFE battery rental kiosk, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of the kiosk and its battery rental services.
Rental terms, including duration, pricing, and late fees, vary by kiosk location and are displayed on the kiosk screen before you confirm your transaction. By proceeding, you agree to the specific terms shown at the point of rental
You must return the rented battery according to the return instructions and within the timeframe provided at the time of rental. Returns can be made at any participating LYFE kiosk, where applicable.
Our batteries are compatible with most devices using Lightning, USB-C, and USB Mini connectors. Use is at your own risk. LYFE Battery LLC is not responsible for damage to your device caused by misuse or incompatibility.
By initiating a rental, you authorize LYFE Battery LLC and its payment partners to charge your payment method in accordance with the rental terms presented on the kiosk at time of use.
You may not:
LYFE Battery LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to device failure, data loss, or injury related to battery use.
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
